MAKING YOUR RENT PAYMENT EASY
At GNR, we want to provide the best possible customer service for all of our tenants. To that end, we're moving to a paperless payment system. There are a few ways to pay explained here. In the near future you will not be able to pay with cash or check at the office.

Pay Online
The easiest way to pay is online through the Tenant Portal on the GNR Website. This is the best way for you to have proof of payment for your records, and you can pay online with a debit card or bank account without any additional fees (GNR covers them all!).
Getting Started with Online Payments
In order to pay online, navigate to the Resident Login tab of the GNR Website and enter your information. You can make a one time payment, or sign up for automatic payments.
Bonus: You can also use the Tenant Portal to submit maintenance requests, send emails to management, and check your account balance.
First Time Users - Registration Required
If you have not yet registered an account in the Tenant Portal, you can do so by pressing the button "Click Here to Register," entering your address.
To register, you will need:
A valid email address
Your Registration Code
